  2. A very thorough analysis of the Modernism movement. Your first video was very straightforward and easy to understand, though I did notice that you did not mention the Hero of Modernism. However, your other descriptions of culture, government, and society in Modernism were very good.

In the video about "A Rose for Emily," I really liked that you talked about the symbolism of the Southern aristocracy and Emily's house and the hair. I haven't read the story yet, but I really feel like I understand it now even without having read it through your video. It was a very good analysis.

You analysis of "The Tropics of New York" wasn't as good as I expected it to be after having watched the "A Rose for Emily" video. Going more in depth would have been nice. However, I thought you analyzed at least the figurative language nicely, and I was pleased with the connection you made with the author's life and the poem itself.

Your last video, while a bit hard to watch without laughing, was very good. It may just be that I agree with your standpoint, but I found it very easy to understand. You were also very persuasive in it. Good job overall!

P.S.: Mr. Langley, the comment system on VoiceThread was spazzing on me, so I just placed my comments down here. Hope you don't mind!
